We have employed another two Service Technicians in September 2009. Jörg Mahn and Angelo Borraccino complete the service network in Germany which is getting more and more densely.

With the help of the company Centrum Elektroniki Stosowanej CES sp. z o.o. we are at the moment taking part in several exhibitions in Poland.
The next dates are
HYDROSILESIA 2009 from 2-6 November 2009 in Silesia and POLEKO 2009 from 24-27 November 2009 in Poznańn.

Job Training at ExTox
ExTox has kept the target of providing minimum 10% of working places as job training places already in the year of foundation. The training has up to now been done in the commercial department. This year we could for the first time realise job training for Electronic Technician for Devices and Systems. 

ExTox-Analyser in the world’s largest biomethane plant

A milestone for the biogas sector: after 18 months of construction work, the “NAWARO BioEnergie Park“, the world’s largest biomethane plant, went on line in Güstrow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Built by EnviTec Biogas AG.

All around safety on biogas plants

The ExTox IMC Biogas-Systems do not only analyse the biogas, they offer additionally the possibility to monitor the ambient air on dangerous toxic and explosive gases. 
One device takes the complete monitoring. Biogas analysis and monitoring of ambient air – all done by one company. Dangerous concentrations of hydrogen sulphide can be measured at an early stage in safe concentration.

ExTox offers an all around supply for this segment of market. With our products we do not only analyse biogas, but the monitoring of ambient air in BHKW is also possible. The ExTox products are used of well-known companies, such as for example EnviTec Biogas or Jenbacher.

Control Unit ET-8D: now available with digital data transmission and storage

The Control Unit ET-8D can now be equipped with data transmission function via RS 232-Interface. This enables to record, evaluate and store alle measured values, alarms and further status messages of suitable peripheral devices, such as for example PC or laptop. The data format supports an easy evaluation with established PC programmes, for example Microsoft Excel (R). On demand it is also possible to align the data protocol to your requirements.
ExTox also supplies you with a corresponding data logger including memory card which completes the ET-8D with an independent data storing. The memory card can be taken out and evaluated on a separate PC-system on demand.

Do not throw your "old" gas detection unit right away!
During the last years the gas measuring technique - especially the field of sensor elements - has permanently been improved. Many users therefore think to renew their gas detection unit, but are afraid of the incurring costs.
ExTox offers the possibility to connect modern transmitters to your Control Unit. Advantages for you:

• Existing "old" detectors are substituted by modern transmitters.
• Already existing cables could usually be used.
• Alarming and transmissions remain unchanged.

At minimum cost you get a modernised system based on newest sensor technology.

Healthy air for respiration – ExTox offers assistance
The quality of air is of great importance for the health of the employees in modern buildings with central ventilation systems. The contamination of sucked in air with toxic or even explosive gases, for example after a tanker accident on a close river, is spread over the whole building.
Our Integral Measuring Concepts (IMC) have proved their reliability on early recognition of danger even for these applications. Direct measurement in sucked-in air as well as the installation and maintenance friendly construction contribute this. As our IMCs are compact suction systems it is not necessary to install transmitters in the ventilation system and all maintenance works can easily be done at the freely accessible wall mounted housing.

The Tropical Islands dome has a ground surface of 66,000 square meters. With a length of 360 meters, a width of 210 meters and a height of 107 meters, it is large enough to hold 8 entire soccer fields.
