Our approach to make family friendliness central to our business model gets ever more traction: on March 14th, 2019, the regional NRW government organized a business talk at our HQ, with panel members discussing various ways to integrate different aspects of family friendliness into successful businesses, in front of an audience of about 70 guests.

Apart from State Secretary Christoph Dammermann and ExTox CEO Ludger Osterkamp the panel was joined by Dr. Corinna Frodermann, from the Institut für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (IAB), Daniel Greitens, CEO of MAXIMAGO and Bianca Boudein, Diversity Manager atERGO Group.
The Business Talks were started in 2016 by the NRW Family Ministry, with the aim of providing regional managements and HR managers with a regular exchange of ideas and approaches when it comes to the compatibility of business and family.
